Once upon a time, there was a little girl. She lived in the house next door, and liked to serve imaginary tea to her toys under our honeysuckle trees. Which was adorable. Because she really was just about the cutest thing ever.

One day, when no one was looking, the little girl grew up into a lovely and talented young woman. She graduated from high school, went away to college, received her degree, and found a really fun job. She met a wonderful man, got married, started writing this clever blog, and then….

She had the sweetest little baby girl of her own.

Today we got to meet this tiny new person. She looks just like her pretty mama. And one of these days, before we know it, she’ll be walking… and talking… and finding a nice shady spot for serving tea to her toys.
